23andMe Raw DNA Data Download Instructions

Note: 23andMe has updated and relaunched the raw DNA data file download feature. Follow the steps below to download your data:

1. Sign in to your 23andMe account.
2. Go to the Raw Data Download page.
3. Fill out your Date of Birth and submit.
4. Confirm your request.
5. Wait for an email notification that your file is ready to download (this may take up to 48 hours).
6. Click the link in the email to go to the download page.
7. Download your raw DNA data file.
8. Upload the raw file to MyTrueAncestry.
